Are there fitness facilities provided?
Yes, a 24/7 Fully-equipped Gymnasium is provided for our guests
Is internet access provided?
Complimentary wifi access is available throughout the property. Guests can access wifi with up to 3 devices simultanously in the allocated apartment.
What is the check-in time?
Check-in time is from 14:00
What is the check-out time?
Check-out time is until 11:00. Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Client relations executive.
What time is breakfast served?
Daily buffet breakfast with hot items is served at Caprilicious from 07:00 to 10:30 during weekdays and 07:30 to 11:00 during weekends and public bank holidays.
What are the available dining options?
The fully-equipped kitchenette provides you with the convenience to cook in your apartment. Alternatively, an all-day dining Caprilicious restaurant is located in the property, grab & go at Delite and in-room dining is available as well. Not forgetting drinks and taps at Drinx. There are an array of restaurants around, simply check with our Client relations Executive and they will gladly recommend them to you.
Are laundry services provided?
Our laundry rooms Spin & Play are located on each floor with the exception of the top floor. Kindly contact Reception for tokens and washing powder. Additonal charges apply.
What are the type of beds provided?
Our apartments are furnished with King sized beds and Twin beds in some Studio Deluxe category.
Are baby cots and extra beds available?
Complimentary baby cots are available upon request.
Are newspapers provided?
Complimentary newspapers are available at the lobby for your reading pleasure. National and international newspapers can be delivered to the apartment upon request at extra charges.
Are the residences wheelchair-friendly?
The all-day dining "Caprilicious", the bar "Drinx" and the meeting rooms "Pow-Wow" - are all located on the ground level of the residence with open plan and wide access suited for wheel chair access. We also have a selection of apartments specifically designed for persons in wheelchairs. The staff is also well trained and will be delighted in assisting and facilitating access to our guests when required.
Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?
Parking is available at a cost of €20 /24 hour.
Is airport shuttle service provided?
We do not provide shuttle service to the airport. However, we will be able to arrange Limousine or Taxi service upon request.
What is the reception operating hours?
The reception and concierge teams are 24/7.
Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?
Guests are welcome to leave their luggage with our reception & concierge team whilst waiting for the apartment to be ready.
How do I get to the hotel?
By Taxi: 15-20 minutes by Taxi, from Frankfurt Airport.
By Car: From the airport, take A5 towards Frankfurt City and A 648 to Theodor-Heuss -Allee/B44/B8. Continue on B44 and drive to Europa-Allee which takes approximately 15-20 minutes
By Train/Metro/Tram: From the airport, take the S9 regional railway (S-Bahn) to Hauptbahnhof. Change to U4 underground line towards Bockenheimer Warte or tram number 16 towards Ginnheim and alight at Festhalle/Messe. Thereafter, walk towards Capri by Fraser which is 10 minutes away

What is the cancellation and groups policy?
Varying cancellation policies apply to each rate plan and promotion.
Group reservations (that is to say, reservations of 10 accommodations made by the same entity and same period of stay) are subject to seperate group conditions. Group reservation is subject to individual group contract's terms & conditions.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?
The standard bedding configuration sleeps 2 guests in all apartment categories, however baby cot and/or extra bed can be requested for additional guest. There is a maximum amount of guests per apartment allowed by Health and Safety regulations.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request subject to type and apartment category. Extra charges and deposit will apply.
